Had to wait 2 months to receive my item due to stocking issues. My only criticism is that I had to contact the store for updates with my order. As a small business, it would have been good to hear about delays from the store instead of always having to reach out. One my item was dispatched I received it within 24 hours and they don’t use Evri - massive for me for repeat business.

First time I ordered my mug was delivered and had broken but it was replaced straight away. Second time there was a delay from stockist but they kept me in the loop and offered a different item/refund. Decided to stick with my original order and it arrived with much more packaging (all recyclable) so overall it's been a pretty good experience.
