How do I exchange an item for another item or size?
We are happy to exchange any items returned back to us within 14 days. To make the process as simple as possible, we only need you to include a note with your order number and the item & size (if applicable) you wish to exchange for. To ensure an item doesn't go out of stock before we receive your return, we do suggest placing a new order for the item and size you require and returning your original order for a refund. If you used a discount code on your original order, please email us to arrange the same discount on your new order.
