Q: My order still hasn't been delivered?
A: We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet! Please check your order status page for the latest updates. We are currently experiencing delays receiving some of the 7-10 day items, but expect to be delivering within the next 2 weeks. If your order status page doesn't have an update within the next 1-2 weeks, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We’re happy to help where possible. If your order hasn’t yet been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If it's already been shipped, you’ll need to return it once it arrives. Please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days, but it may take longer for your bank or card provider to show the funds. If it’s been more than 7 working days since your refund confirmation, feel free to contact us.
Q: My refund has not been received
A: Sorry for the trouble! Refunds usually show within 3–5 working days, but depending on your bank it can take up to 10. If it’s been longer, please send us your order number and we'll confirm the refund status for you.
